These terms apply whenever you order from Munchingo, whether through this website or via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Munchingo is a sole proprietorship of Prashant Nahata, operating from H. No. 43, Sector 14, Faridabad, Haryana, India (UDYAM-HR-03-0070086, FSSAI Lic. 10826003000333). Our products are manufactured by Krazy Bakers, Gangashahar, Bikaner, Rajasthan (FSSAI Lic. 12217017000126).
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, packaging, or the product range at any time without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the price you pay.
Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp, or via this website's checkout. All orders are pre-paid — we confirm availability and share a secure UPI/card payment link before we pack and ship. An order is only confirmed once payment is received.
We pack and dispatch orders from Bikaner within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier. Any dates we mention are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.
To raise a concern, message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the issue and we'll aim to resolve it within 24 hours.
Our cookies contain wheat (gluten) and milk (desi ghee and milk powder). They contain no egg. They are made in a facility that also processes tree nuts and other spices, so traces cannot be ruled out. Atta Sugar-Lite is sweetened with maltitol and is not a medical or diabetic-safe product; we make no health claims, and excess consumption of polyols may have a laxative effect. If you have allergies or a medical condition, please check ingredients carefully before ordering.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details at any point.
To the extent permitted by law, Munchingo's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
